Sanskar Educational Group celebrated International Yoga Day was celebrated by the students, staff members and faculty members at SEG Campus with great enthusiasm. The theme for this year’s celebration was “Yoga for One earth, One Health.” Students of various departments and faculty members performed Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) to get physical and mental health benefits and reduces stress and anxiety. Warm up exercises, sitting and standing asana were also taken by them. Regular practice of yoga will surely help the students achieve a better life physically, mentally and spiritually as well. The Yoga session was conducted by experienced yoga instructors, Mr. Shivam Sharma and Ms. Manya. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, Heads of Departments and Directors all coming together to embrace yoga for better health and wellness.
