Sanskar College of Pharmacy and Research organized a visit to Dasna CHC Ghaziabad for Diploma in Pharmacy IInd year students on 29th November 2025. The objective of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to hospital functioning and patient-care systems.
During the visit, students observed key departments including the Operation Theatre, General Ward, labour ward, Pathology lab, Vaccination Unit for dog bite, for childs, and Pharmacy, storage of drugs and storage of narcotic medicines also. They gained an understanding of critical care management, aseptic practices in the OT, routine patient care in general wards, and the role of diagnostic imaging in medical decision-making.
This academic visit enhanced students’ knowledge of hospital operations and strengthened their understanding of the role of pharmacy professionals in clinical settings.
