SUMMARY:Mission Shakti Programme
DESCRIPTION:Sanskar Educational Group organised Mission Shakti Programme in association with Police Department\, Hapur on 14th June\, 2023 to sensitise the girls and female faculty members about their safety. ‘Mission Shakti’ is a Government scheme in mission mode aimed at strengthening interventions for women safety\, security and empowerment by addressing issues affecting women and by making them equal partners in nation-building through convergence and citizen-ownership. It aims to ensure safety\, dignity and self reliance for women from all sections of society. Chief guest\, IPS officer\, Shri Abhishek Verma\, SP-Hapur shared his views about various aspects to ensure the safety of girls and women. He also explained the objective to empower the girls to protect themselves against real – life scenarios such as sexual assaults\, kidnapping\, bullying and domestic violence etc. Esteemed guests\, Ms. Manu Chaudhary\, SHO\, Mahila Thaana\, Ms. Stuti Singh\, CO-Hapur and Mr. Varun Mishra\, CO-Pilkhuwa also explained the various schemes under ‘Mission Shakti’ and shared their experiences to create the awareness among girl students and female faculty members to protect themselves by using different helpline numbers. The entire programme was very informative and attended by around 150 girls. Shri. Vinod Pandey\, SHO\, Pilkhuwa\, Director Pharmacy- Prof. (Dr.) Babita Kumar\, Director Engineering- Prof. (Dr.) Dharmendra Singh\, Administrative Officer-Mr. Ashish Mittal and all female faculty members and students were present in this programme
