DESCRIPTION:SGIT School of Management organized an Industrial Visit to V K Tyre India Limited\, Muradnagar\, Ghaziabad on 08/11/2023. Around 40 students alongwith Ms.Onima Ranjan (Assistant Professor ) and Ms.Sweta Chaudhary (Assistant Professor) visited the Plant. Students learnt a lot about the creating tyres in an automobile plant involves several steps. It typically starts with mixing raw materials like rubber\, carbon black and other chemicals in specific proportions. The compound is then shaped into tyre components through processes like extrusion\, calendaring\, and molding. After that\, these components are assembled\, and the tyre undergoes vulcanization-curing under heat and pressure-to achieve its final structure and properties. This process demands precision and adherence to safety standards to ensure high-quality tires for vehicles.\nBoth faculties organized and conducted the visit in a very smooth manner.
