Jitendra Kumar\, Deputy General Manager of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited\, Nashik\, Maharashtra.\n\n\nThe event began with a warm welcome address by Ms. Bharti Sharma\, Assistant Professor\, creating an engaging atmosphere for the session. Er. Jitendra Kumar delivered a highly interactive lecture on “Industry Expectations from Engineering Graduates”\, offering invaluable insights into the skills and mindset required to succeed in the industry.\n\n\nThe lecture was thought-provoking and well-received by students and faculty\, sparking meaningful discussions. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by the Director of Engineering\, who appreciated Er. DESCRIPTION:Celebration of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU)\, Lucknow Inaugural Day\nSanskar College of Pharmacy and Research (SCPR)\, Ghaziabad celebrated University Inaugural Day of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU)\, Lucknow on 08th May 2025 to promote awareness among students. It was actually established on May 8\, 2000\, as Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) and later renamed AKTU in 2015. On this occasion\, SCPR organized Tree plantation activity and an Essay writing competition on Contribution of youth in the Advancement of Technical Education. After a thorough evaluation of all the essay scripts\, the winners were announced as Himani Bansal\, Alisha Ashraf\, Deepanshi Sharma and Vishakha Yadav\, B.Pharm 2nd year got first\, second and third prizes respectively. The event was successfully coordinated by faculty members Ms. Bhawna Bisht and Mr. Lucky Maurya. Winners of the event were congratulated and appreciated by Director – Prof. (Dr.) Babita Kumar\, HOD- Dr. Shabnam Ain for their exuberant participation.

SUMMARY:World Diabetes Day
DESCRIPTION:Sankar college of pharmacy and research organized on 14 Nov 2025. On World Diabetes Day\, students explored the significance of understanding diabetes\, a chronic condition affecting millions worldwide. They learned about the different types of diabetes\, including Type 1\, Type 2\, and gestational diabetes\, as well as their causes\, symptoms\, and potential complications.\nThe day highlighted the importance of a balanced diet\, regular exercise\, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle in preventing or managing diabetes. Students also gained insights into the role of insulin\, blood sugar monitoring\, and advances in medical treatments. By participating in discussions and activities\, they developed an appreciation for the need for early detection and the importance of supporting individuals living with diabetes to promote healthier communities.\nThe theme selected for this year was: “Diabetes and Well-Being”.\nThe winners of events are:\ni. Oral Presentation- Mohit and Lakshay\nii. Quiz Competition- Lakhan\, Lakshay\, Sahil\, Shailendra\nThe Event was well-coordinated by coordinators Ms. Sonal Mittal\, Ms. Nutan Singh & Ms. Sangeeta under the guidance of respected Dr. Anuradha HOD D.Pharm\, Dr. Shabnam Ain HOD B.Pharm & Dr. Babita Kumar Director Pharmacy.
