Jitendra Kumar\, Deputy General Manager of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited\, Nashik\, Maharashtra.\n\n\nThe event began with a warm welcome address by Ms. Bharti Sharma\, Assistant Professor\, creating an engaging atmosphere for the session. Er. Jitendra Kumar delivered a highly interactive lecture on “Industry Expectations from Engineering Graduates”\, offering invaluable insights into the skills and mindset required to succeed in the industry.\n\n\nThe lecture was thought-provoking and well-received by students and faculty\, sparking meaningful discussions. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by the Director of Engineering\, who appreciated Er. His expertise in shaping higher education policies will provide a unique perspective on investing in human capital at a national level. On March 7\, 2025\, we hosted a memorable Women’s Day celebration\, honouring the incredible contributions\, strength\, and resilience of women everywhere.\nSanskar College of Management & Professional Studies had the privilege to host a Guest Lecture. The event began by host Naman Singh (BBA 1st Year) and Shivika Vashishtha (BCA 1st Year)\, who warmly welcomed the audience and set the tone for the celebration. Ms. Shweta Pandey (Talent Acquisition Partner in Aeris Communication\, Noida) a dynamic leader and alumna of our institution\, shared her insights on the evolving business landscape and the transformation of Human Resources. Her knowledge illuminated the vital role of digital transformation in modern HR.\nLeading the event by JIGYASA- The Quiz: We organized an engaging online quiz\, designed by Ujjwal Kumar (BCA 1st Year)\, which tested participants’ knowledge about women’s achievements and history. Deepanshu Saxena (BCA 1st Year) emerged as the winner!\nStudents\, delivered a powerful “Vox Populi” (voice of the people) speech\, emphasizing the importance of gender equality and women’s empowerment.\nDr. Pooja Neemey\, HOD\, concluded the event with her words of wisdom\, expressing gratitude to Ms. Shweta Pandey\, all faculty members\, students\, and event coordinators for making the event a success\, and emphasizing the importance of gratitude and appreciation in our lives.\nA Day to Remember!

DESCRIPTION:Program Organized at Sanskar College of Management and Professional Studies on 7th of March 2025 as per the circular issued by the CCS University on 3rd of March 2025\, organized two significant programs aimed at promoting the intellectual and social development of students.\nProgram 1: Collective Book Reading (11:00am-12:00pm)\nThe first part of the program involved students participating in a collective book reading activity. The purpose was to encourage reading habits among students and to make them aware of the importance of knowledge. All students studied books on various subjects together for one hour. This collective reading emphasized the importance of concentration and patience\, and provided an opportunity for them to reflect on diverse topics.\nProgram 2: Oath-Taking Ceremony – Against Substance Abuse and the Dowry System (12:15pm)\nThe main themes being substance abuse and the dowry system. The aim of this program was to raise awareness among students about these social evils and to inspire them to bring positive changes in society.\nDuring the event HOD of Management Dr. Pooja Neemey encouraged student to be a part of it & The event was well Coordinated by all Faculty members. Sanskar College of Management and Professional Studies will continue to organize such programs in the future\, ensuring the holistic development of students.

DESCRIPTION:Visit of Saraswathi Institute of medical sciences\nDPHARM II YEAR\nSanskar College of Pharmacy and Research organized a visit to Saraswathi Institute of medical sciences where diploma in pharmacy students explored various departments\, including OPD\, Gynecology\, Orthopedics\, ENT\, ICU\, NICU\, and Medicine Ward. Students observed patient consultations\, prescription handling\, and counseling in the OPD\, while the Gynecology department emphasized prenatal and postnatal care. In Orthopedics and ENT\, they learned about pain management\, rehabilitation medications\, and treatments for infections and allergies. The ICU and NICU provided insights into critical care medications and aseptic techniques\, and the Medicine Ward showcased drug administration and monitoring for chronic illnesses. The visit enhanced their practical knowledge and emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary healthcare.\nThe visit was well-coordinated by coordinator Mr. Lucky Maurya under the guidance of respected Dr. Anuradha HOD D.Pharm\, Dr. Shabnam Ain HOD B.Pharm & Dr. Babita Kumar Director Pharmacy
