Er. Jitendra Kumar delivered a highly interactive lecture on “Industry Expectations from Engineering Graduates”\, offering invaluable insights into the skills and mindset required to succeed in the industry.\n\n\nThe lecture was thought-provoking and well-received by students and faculty\, sparking meaningful discussions. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by the Director of Engineering\, who appreciated Er. Students from BBA\, BCA\, BCom\, BFSI\, and MBA participated in these events\, showcasing their skills and talents.\n\n\nWinners of the Shark Tank Competition:\nExcellence Trophy goes to:\n1. BCA – Smart Ration Dispensary (Shivika Vashishtha\, Sahil Gautam\, Dev Sharma\, Rohan Pandit)\nAspire Trophy goes to:\n2. BBA – Weavique (Manvi Tyagi\, Deeksha Samant\, Priya Gautam\, Manisha Tomer )\n\n\nOther notable business ideas included:\n\n\nBFSI – Melt & Munch: A natural\, healthy\, and affordable food product.\nBBA: Mistri Bhai: An online platform offering house help services.\n(B. Com) – Ecolush: Eco-friendly\, cost-effective products made from textile waste.\n\n\nWinners of the ‘Best Out of Waste’ Competition:\n\n\nExcellence Trophy (1st prize): (BCom) – Bhumika Anand\, Lav Mittal\, Pallavi Sharma\, Gagan Tyagi.\nAspire Trophy (2nd Prize): BFSI – Prachi\, Sheetal\, Urmila Kashyap\, and Lavi Tomar.\n\n\nWinners of the Poster Making Competition:\n\n\nExcellence Trophy (1st Prize): BBA (CCSU) – Radha Verma\, Pari Verma\, Kashish Singh.\nAspire Trophy (2nd prize): BBA (CCSU) – Sana\, Nikunj Pal\, Purnima Sharma\, Priyanshi Rana.\n\n\nSpecial prizes were awarded in various categories\, including:\n\n\n– Apex Achiever Award for Best Attendance\n– Supremo Award for Best Leader from each course\n– Pinnacle Prize for the Most Versatile Student from each course\n– Aurum Award for Student of the Semester from each course\n\n\nThe event was witnessed by the Principal of Sanskar College of Management and Professional Studies\, Hapur\, Dr. Vikash Kumar\, Head of the Department\, Dr. Pooja Neemey\, HR of Sanskar Education Group Dr. Nidhi Singhal\, Director Engineering Dr. Dharmendra Singh\, and faculty members of the Department of Management SCMPS.\n\n\nSpecial thanks to Ms. Swati Jain\, Ms. Rashi Gupta\, Ms. Sweety Tyagi and Mr. Abhimanyu Arya for their outstanding contribution and motivating students to participate in the different categories and acquire positions.\nWe extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Discipline In-charges\, Mr. Tagender Singh\, Mr. Jitender Kumar\, and Mr. Kamal Giri\, for their dedication and efforts in maintaining discipline during the celebration.\n\n\nThe college management organized a special lunch for all management students\, faculty members\, directors\, and HODs\, making the event even more memorable.\n\n\nWe acknowledge the efforts and contribution of Mr. Ashish Mittal\, Administrative Officer along with his executive assistant Mr. Dharmendra of Sanskar Educational Group\, for making arrangements for “ManEdge2025” their dedication and hard work ensured the smooth execution of the event.\n\n\nThe event was a huge success\, with students learning and enjoying themselves.
