Jitendra Kumar\, Deputy General Manager of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited\, Nashik\, Maharashtra.\n\n\nThe event began with a warm welcome address by Ms. Bharti Sharma\, Assistant Professor\, creating an engaging atmosphere for the session. Er. Jitendra Kumar delivered a highly interactive lecture on “Industry Expectations from Engineering Graduates”\, offering invaluable insights into the skills and mindset required to succeed in the industry.\n\n\nThe lecture was thought-provoking and well-received by students and faculty\, sparking meaningful discussions. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by the Director of Engineering\, who appreciated Er. SUMMARY:Industrial visit to Hamdard Laboratories
DESCRIPTION:Sanskar College of Pharmacy and Research\, Ghaziabad organized an Industrial visit to Hamdard Laboratories\, Ghaziabad on 27th February\, 2025 for B.Pharm students. It is a renowned Unani pharmaceutical and food company in India. The company is known for its natural and herb-based products\, with over 500 products in its portfolio. Some of its popular products include Sharbat Rooh Afza\, Safi\, and Roghan Badam Shirin. This visit provided our students with a unique opportunity to insight into the manufacturing processes of Unani pharmaceutical products. They got to witness firsthand the state-of-the-art facilities and technology used by Hamdard Laboratories. This experience is crucial for bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application in the manufacturing industry. The company is known for its commitment to quality and adherence to safety standards. Students were given a guided tour of the manufacturing facility. They observed the production line\, including raw material processing\, manufacturing process and packaging operations. The students were briefed on the safety protocols implemented in the plant. It was an enriching experience for B.Pharm students\, providing valuable insights into the practical aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. Such visits are essential for students to apply their theoretical knowledge and prepare for their future careers in pharmacy. There were 50 students and faculty members (Ms. Zulekha Ali and Ms. Manisha) who became a part of the Industrial Trip. The visit was very well co-ordinated by Dr. Qurratul Ain. We extend our gratitude to the management and staff of Hamdard Laboratories for their warm hospitality and informative sessions.
