Jitendra Kumar\, Deputy General Manager of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited\, Nashik\, Maharashtra.\n\n\nThe event began with a warm welcome address by Ms. Bharti Sharma\, Assistant Professor\, creating an engaging atmosphere for the session. Er. Jitendra Kumar delivered a highly interactive lecture on “Industry Expectations from Engineering Graduates”\, offering invaluable insights into the skills and mindset required to succeed in the industry.\n\n\nThe lecture was thought-provoking and well-received by students and faculty\, sparking meaningful discussions. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by the Director of Engineering\, who appreciated Er. His expertise in shaping higher education policies will provide a unique perspective on investing in human capital at a national level.
