SUMMARY:Sewa Pakhwada Campaign
DESCRIPTION:The Sewa Pakhwada Campaign\, an initiative by the Government of India\, aims to inspire citizens to engage in community service and promote social welfare. The 2025 campaign took place from September 17 to October 2\, coinciding with the celebration of Gandhi Jayanti\, emphasizing the principles of service and community betterment. As part of the Sewa Pakhwada Campaign 2025\, a speech competition on Nutrition\, Tree Plantation and Cleaning activity was organized by Sanskar College of Pharmacy and Research\, Ghaziabad. This event aimed to encourage participants to aware about the role of Nutrition\, tree plantation and cleanliness in their health and the role of healthy citizens in contributing to national development. The competition was organized on 23rd September and 24th September fostering a spirit of social responsibility. B.Pharm & D.Pharm Students of Sanskar College of Pharmacy and Research were participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. All the participants delivered a speech lasting 3 to 5 minutes\, addressing the theme of Nutrition & its impact on overall health. A platform for these activities\, not only highlighted the importance of trees\, cleaning and nutrition but also encouraged community involvement. Kishan Singh B.Pharm IV year\, Rajat Kansal B.Pharm II year & Himani Bansal B Pharm II year\, Lucky B.Pharm III year got first\, second and third prize respectively. The event was successfully coordinated by faculty members Mr. Shubham Pratap\, Ms. Siddhi Gaur\, Mr. Lucky Maurya\, Mr. Abhinav and Mr. Arjun Nagar. SUMMARY:Industrial visit to Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd.
DESCRIPTION:Sanskar College of Pharmacy and Research\, Ghaziabad organized an Industrial visit to Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd. Sonipat\, Haryana on 16th September\, 2025 for B.Pharm II year students. Yakult Danone is a globally renowned company specializing in the production of probiotic beverages and known for its product\, “Yakult”. The company operates with a strong emphasis on health benefits and quality. This industrial visit aimed to give students practical insights into the manufacturing processes of nutraceutical products particularly the probiotic drink Yakult and to educate them about quality control\, regulatory compliance and the role of probiotics in health. The visit began with an orientation session where the students were introduced to the history of Yakult\, importance of probiotics and role of the company in promoting a healthy lifestyle. The visit provided a detailed view of the entire production cycle for Yakult from fermentation to packaging\, helping students relate theoretical knowledge to practical applications. Exposure to GMP and environmental safety practices highlighted the importance of regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. The visit was a valuable educational experience for the pharmacy students. This experience not only enriched the students’ understanding of manufacturing and quality standards but also inspired them to consider future careers in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. There were 88 Students and 2 faculty members (Mr. Sazid and Ms.Bhawna Bisht) who became a part of the Industrial Trip. The visit was arranged by Ms. Rinki Tyagi (Training & Placement Cell Incharge) and very well co-ordinated by Dr. Qurratul Ain (Industrial Trip co-ordinator) with a great support of Director- Prof. (Dr.) Babita Kumar. We extend our gratitude to the management and staff of Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd. for their warm hospitality and informative session.

DESCRIPTION:Sanskar College of Pharmacy and Research\, Sanskar Educational Group celebrated Har Ghar Tiranga campaign with great enthusiasm. The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign\, initiated by the Government of India\, aims to encourage citizens to hoist the national flag at their homes\, fostering a sense of patriotism and national unity. This campaign is an excellent way to promote love for the country and respect for the national flag. The event was organized to promote patriotism and national pride among students. A series of events such as Rangoli competition\, Tiranga Rally\, and Rakhi making Competition were organized. Students created vibrant Rangoli designs and tricolor Rakhi showcasing the Indian flag and patriotic themes. They also participated in a rally\, carrying flags and singing patriotic songs. After a thorough evaluation of all the participants\, Dushyant and Lucky were announced as the winners of the Rakhi competition for their exceptional artistry and meaningful concepts. The event was successfully coordinated by faculty members Dr. Ajeet\, Ms. Disha Gupta\, Ms.Tanvi\, Ms. Preeti and Ms. Siddhi Gaur. DESCRIPTION:Sanskar College of Pharmacy and Research\, Ghaziabad organized an inspiring Alumni Talk on 11.08.2025 to bridge the gap between current students and our esteemed alumni. It was a moment of great pride for SEG family to interact with Ms. Soumya Sharma\, alumni of B.Pharm (20017-2021)\, working as Assistant Manager in EXL Services Pvt. Ltd.\, Noida. She addressed the audience by sharing her overwhelming experience in the Institution. She inspired students by showcasing real-world applications of the skills and knowledge they are currently acquiring. Entire session spanned for 1 hour in which she highlighted industry trends\, career strategies and personal experiences. This interaction provided a valuable opportunity for students to hear firsthand about the professional journeys\, challenges and achievements of Alumni encouraging them for their future. Many students interacted with her one-on-one after the talk was over. The talk was energetic\, inspiring and motivating for the students. The participants raised many doubts and queries which were promptly answered by Ms. Soumya. The whole session was very well organized by Dr. Qurratul Ain (Co-ordinator-Alumni Committee) and coordinated by Dr. Ajeet\, Dr.Naveen\, Mr. Shubham and Ms. Tanvi with the great support of Director\, Prof. (Dr.) Babita Kumar.

DESCRIPTION:The Sanskar is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition. By changing the lifestyle and creating consciousness\, it can help in well-being. Sanskar Educational Group celebrated International Yoga Day was celebrated by the students\, staff members and faculty members at SEG Campus with great enthusiasm. The theme for this year’s celebration was “Yoga for One earth\, One Health.” Students of various departments and faculty members performed Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) to get physical and mental health benefits and reduces stress and anxiety. Warm up exercises\, sitting and standing asana were also taken by them. Regular practice of yoga will surely help the students achieve a better life physically\, mentally and spiritually as well. The Yoga session was conducted by experienced yoga instructors\, Mr. Shivam Sharma and Ms. Manya. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students\, faculty members\, Heads of Departments and Directors all coming together to embrace yoga for better health and wellness.

Pharm 4th year honored with the title of Mr. Farewell & Ms. Farewell 2025 that added to Zest in the program. Some other titles like Mr. Handsome won by Tushar Tomer and Ms. Eve won by Anshika Sharma. The event was well planned and beautifully organized by III year students and Faculty coordinators\, Dr. Naveen Ray and Ms. Preeti. The visit provided students with valuable insights into historical and modern architectural practices\, landscape design\, and urban planning.\nPachmarhi – The Queen of Satpura\nThe tour began with a visit to Pachmarhi\, a hill station known for its scenic beauty and colonial-era architecture. Key highlights included:\n• Colonial Architecture: Students observed the British-style bungalows and churches built during the colonial period\, noting features like pitched roofs\, wooden verandas\, and stone masonry.\n• Natural Landscape Integration: Visits to sites like Bee Falls\, Jatashankar Caves\, and Dhoopgarh provided an opportunity to study the relationship between architecture and natural terrain.\n• Heritage Structures: The group explored old structures and military buildings\, analyzing how construction was adapted to the hilly terrain and climate.\nBhopal – City of Lakes and Cultural Fusion\nThe second part of the journey took students to Bhopal\, a city that offers a unique blend of Mughal\, colonial\, and contemporary architecture.\n• Bharat Bhavan: Designed by architect Charles Correa\, this cultural center allowed students to explore concepts of spatial sequencing\, material usage\, and site context.\n• Sanchi Stupas The great stupa at Sanchi is probably the most iconic stupa ever built. It was initially built by the Mauryan emperor Ashoka the Great in the 3rd century BCE.\n• Tribal Museum: Known for its contemporary interpretation of tribal lifestyles\, the museum served as a study in experiential design and storytelling through space.\n• Bhimbetka Caves\,They have evidence of dwellings of pre-historic man during the Paleolithic era. Rock paintings in the caves are specimens of pre-historic settlements in India.

BCA students noted automation; BBA students analyzed efficiency. BCA students noted innovation; BBA students considered market strategies.\n• Quality Control & Testing: Inspected rigorous quality checks ensuring product standards. DESCRIPTION:Guest Lecture on Cyber Crime Awareness | April 7\, 2025\n\n\nA highly insightful and impactful Guest Lecture on Cyber Crime was conducted on April 7\, 2025 at Sanskar College of Engineering and Technology\, Ghaziabad by Mr. Deepak Bensla (Head Constable) and Mr. Ashwani (Sub Inspector) from the Cyber Crime Branch\, Hapur.\n\n\nMr. Deepak Bensla shared detailed information about the various types of cyber crimes\, including digital arrest scams\, OTP bypass techniques\, phishing\, social media fraud\, and financial cyber frauds. He explained how cybercriminals manipulate victims by creating fear or urgency—especially in cases of digital arrest\, where innocent individuals are threatened with fake legal consequences.\n\n\nThe lecture also covered how OTPs (One-Time Passwords) can be compromised through social engineering tricks\, phishing links\, and fake customer care calls—educating students and faculty on how to recognize and avoid such threats.\n\n\nThe session was extremely informative and emphasized the need for cyber awareness and digital hygiene in today’s interconnected world.\n\n\nWe sincerely thank Cyber Crime Branch\, Hapur for their valuable time and efforts in spreading awareness and making our campus cyber-safe.

DESCRIPTION:Program Organized at Sanskar College of Management and Professional Studies on 7th of March 2025 as per the circular issued by the CCS University on 3rd of March 2025\, organized two significant programs aimed at promoting the intellectual and social development of students.\nProgram 1: Collective Book Reading (11:00am-12:00pm)\nThe first part of the program involved students participating in a collective book reading activity. The purpose was to encourage reading habits among students and to make them aware of the importance of knowledge. All students studied books on various subjects together for one hour. This collective reading emphasized the importance of concentration and patience\, and provided an opportunity for them to reflect on diverse topics.\nProgram 2: Oath-Taking Ceremony – Against Substance Abuse and the Dowry System (12:15pm)\nThe main themes being substance abuse and the dowry system. The aim of this program was to raise awareness among students about these social evils and to inspire them to bring positive changes in society.\nDuring the event HOD of Management Dr. Pooja Neemey encouraged student to be a part of it & The event was well Coordinated by all Faculty members. Sanskar College of Management and Professional Studies will continue to organize such programs in the future\, ensuring the holistic development of students.

It was a moment of great pride for SEG family to interact with Mr. Rahul Arora alumni of B.Pharm (20014-2018) & Ms. Radhika Pahwa alumni of B.Pharm (20018-2022). Mr. Rahul is working as a Senior Medical Coder in ACS Global Solutions\, Noida. Ms. Radhika is working as a Senior Medical Coder in Pacific Global Access Health\, Noida. They addressed the audience by sharing their overwhelming experience in the Institution. They inspired students by showcasing real-world applications of the skills and knowledge they are currently acquiring. Entire session spanned for 2 hours in which they highlighted industry trends\, career strategies and personal experiences. This interaction provided a valuable opportunity for students to hear firsthand about the professional journeys\, challenges and achievements of Alumni\, encouraging them for their future. Many students interacted with her one-on-one after the talk was over. The talk was energetic\, inspiring and motivating for the students. The participants raised many doubts and queries which were promptly answered by Alumni. The whole session was very well organized by Dr. Qurratul Ain (Co-ordinator-Alumni Committee)\, Dr. Naveen Rai and Ms. Nidhi Jain with the great support of Director\, Prof. (Dr.) Babita Kumar.

SUMMARY:Industrial visit to Hamdard Laboratories
DESCRIPTION:Sanskar College of Pharmacy and Research\, Ghaziabad organized an Industrial visit to Hamdard Laboratories\, Ghaziabad on 27th February\, 2025 for B.Pharm students. It is a renowned Unani pharmaceutical and food company in India. The company is known for its natural and herb-based products\, with over 500 products in its portfolio. Some of its popular products include Sharbat Rooh Afza\, Safi\, and Roghan Badam Shirin. This visit provided our students with a unique opportunity to insight into the manufacturing processes of Unani pharmaceutical products. They got to witness firsthand the state-of-the-art facilities and technology used by Hamdard Laboratories. This experience is crucial for bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application in the manufacturing industry. The company is known for its commitment to quality and adherence to safety standards. Students were given a guided tour of the manufacturing facility. They observed the production line\, including raw material processing\, manufacturing process and packaging operations. The students were briefed on the safety protocols implemented in the plant. It was an enriching experience for B.Pharm students\, providing valuable insights into the practical aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. Such visits are essential for students to apply their theoretical knowledge and prepare for their future careers in pharmacy. There were 50 students and faculty members (Ms. Zulekha Ali and Ms. Manisha) who became a part of the Industrial Trip. The visit was very well co-ordinated by Dr. Qurratul Ain. We extend our gratitude to the management and staff of Hamdard Laboratories for their warm hospitality and informative sessions.

Their vision and leadership have always been a source of inspiration for both students and faculty alike.\nThe cultural event club opened the event with energetic performances in dance\, music\, and drama\, while the Coding Club presented exciting projects\, engaging many students to explore new tech opportunities.\n\n\nWe also recognized our talented students who won awards at various external competitions. In Orthopedics and ENT\, they learned about pain management\, rehabilitation medications\, and treatments for infections and allergies. The ICU and NICU provided insights into critical care medications and aseptic techniques\, and the Medicine Ward showcased drug administration and monitoring for chronic illnesses. DESCRIPTION:Sankar college of pharmacy organized Stomach Cancer Awareness Monthon 29/11/2024\nDuring Stomach Cancer Awareness Month\, students have gained valuable knowledge about the importance of early detection and prevention of stomach cancer. They learned that this type of cancer\, also known as gastric cancer\, often goes undiagnosed in its early stages due to subtle symptoms. Students explored risk factors such as a family history of the disease\, smoking\, poor diet\, and infections like H. pylori. They also learned about the significance of healthy lifestyle choices in reducing the risk\, including eating a balanced diet\, avoiding tobacco\, and seeking medical advice for persistent digestive issues. Additionally\, students became aware of the advancements in treatment options and the role of screening in improving survival rates. Through this awareness campaign\, students are now better equipped to advocate for regular check-ups and support efforts to raise awareness about this often-overlooked condition.\n\n\nThe Event was well-coordinated by coordinators Ms. Nutan Singh &Mr. Lucky Maurya under the guidance of respected Dr. Anuradha HOD D.Pharm\, Dr. Shabnam Ain HOD B.Pharm& Dr. Babita Kumar Director Pharmacy

SUMMARY:Celebrated Indian Constitution Day
DESCRIPTION:Sanskar College of Pharmacy and Research\, Sanskar Educational Group celebrated Indian Constitution Day also known as Samvidhan Divas on 26 November 2024 with great enthusiasm. A series of events such as Essay writing competition\, Speech Competition\, Painting competition and Oral presentation were organized to commemorate this significant occasion and to spread awareness about the importance of the constitution in shaping the nation’s democratic framework. An oral presentation session was organized focusing on historical aspects and the making of the Indian Constitution. Students showcased their presentations using slides. The colorful and meaningful paintings added a visual charm to the celebrations and were displayed for everyone to admire. The speeches were marked by confidence\, clarity and a strong sense of patriotism. These events not only enrich a sense of pride and respect for the constitution but also encouraged students to actively engage in understanding the pillars of Indian democracy.After a thorough evaluation of all the participants\, the winners were announced as Sadaf (B.Pharm 1st year) in Speech competition\, Lakshay Bhatnagar (B.Pharm 1st year) in oral presentation\, Harsh Tyagi (B.Pharm 4th year) in Essay writing competition and Nitin Sharma (B.Pharm 4thyear) in Painting competition respectively. The event was successfully coordinated by faculty members Ms. Nutan\, Ms. Bhawna\, Ms. Zulekha\, Ms.Pooja Malkani\, Mr.Ankur Yadav and Mr. Lucky Maurya. Winners of all the events were congratulated and appreciated by Director – Prof. (Dr.) Babita Kumar\, HOD- Dr. Shabnam Ain for their exuberant participation.

SUMMARY:Visit at Primary Healthcare Centre & Community Health Centre\, Dasna
DESCRIPTION:Sanskar College of Pharmacy & Research\, Ghaziabad organized a visit for our Diploma pharmacy students as part of the PCI Curriculum at Primary Healthcare Centre & Community Health Centre\, Dasna\, District-Ghaziabad on 25th November 2024. Primary Health Centers are the cornerstone of rural health services- the first port of call to a qualified doctor of the public sector in rural areas for the sick and those who directly report or are referred from Sub-centers for curative\, preventive\, and promotive health care. Mr. Arjun Nagar coordinated the visit from the department. Students learned about the problems underprivileged people face and the nutritional deficiency they normally encounter due to the lack of resources. They met patients and doctors enquiring about their conditions and the medical support required in difficult cases. Dr. Sana and Mr. Abhishek were accommodating and gave time and patience to demonstrate the different cases. Through this\, they gained a deeper understanding of the significance of vaccinations in infants and the role of community healthcare workers in improving the standard of living and the standard of living.
