Sanskar College of Pharmacy and Research, Ghaziabad celebrated “6th National Pharmacovigilance Week” from 17th – 23rd September 2026. Each year welcomes a new theme to showcase the pharmacist in their positive effect on health. The theme of this year’s ” Promoting Rational Use of Medicine through Pharmacovigilance: A Step towards Safer Healthcare “. On this occasion, Oral Presentation and Essay writing competition were organized on 18th September 2026. More than 100 students of D.Pharm & B.Pharm were participated in all the events with great zeal and enthusiasm. In Oral presentation first and second Position was hold by Tanya Devi (BP IIIrd year) and Aksha Fatima (BP IInd year). Third position was shared by Granth Bansal (B.Pharm II year & Ayan Alvi (B.Pharm III year) for their excellent presentation. In Essay writing competition first position was hold by Misbah Waris Khan, B.Pharm III year & second Position by Tanya Devi, B.Pharm III year & Lakshay Sharma, B.Pharm I year) and third position by Krishna, D.Pharm II year. The event was very well co-ordinated by all faculty event Coordinators (Ms. Nidhi, Ms. Nutan Ms.Preeti, Ms. Disha, Ms. Sangeeta, Ms. Sidhdhi, Ms. Hema Ms. Rajalika & Ms. Aishna). Winners of different activities were awarded by Director, Prof. (Dr.) Babita Kumar, HOD- Dr. Shabnam Ain, Dr. Anuradha Singh, overall coordinator Dr. Qurratul Ain, Dr. Ajeet and all the event coordinators. They appreciated them for their exuberant participation.
