Jagadesh Kumar, Chairman, University Grants Commission (UGC) A distinguished academic and leader, Professor Kumar brings invaluable insights into the critical role of education and skill development in building a strong workforce. His expertise in shaping higher education policies will provide a unique perspective on investing in human capital at a national level.
