Sanskar College of Pharmacy and Research, Ghaziabad is organizing two days workshop on Pharmaceutical Marketing and sales in association with KV PharmaVISION from 23rd -24th November, 2023 during the celebration of National Pharmacy Week. The aim of this workshop is to make the students aware about the career opportunities and scope of pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Marketing and sales.
Today, the workshop was inaugurated with traditional auspicious lamp lightening ceremony as a tribute to MAA Saraswati by Eminent speaker, Mrs. Kulvinder Saluja Madaan, Founder & CEO, KV PharmaVISION, Director Prof. (Dr.) Babita Kumar, HOD-Pharmacy, Dr. Shabnam Ain, Dr. Anuradha Singh, Dr. Qurratul Ain, Dr. Ajeet and faculty co-ordinators Ms. Monika Dhaka & Ms.Akshoo Rathi.
Ms. Kulvinder Saluja elaborated on different topics related to Pharmaceutical marketing & sales- The most Prosperous Career, Climbing the ladder of success: Growth prospects, Global contribution, Why to choose Pharma marketing, How Pharma marketing differs, Interview Preparation for Pharma sales job and skills required, Pharma product promotion essentials, Interview preparation pharma product management. She will cover some more topics including sales strategies tomorrow. Then all participating students will be evaluated by questionnaire. Certificates of Appreciation will be distributed to all the students for their active participation.
More than 200 students from B.Pharm third year and final year participated in this workshop with a greater zeal and enthusiasm. The session was very interactive and the lecture was very well received by the participants. Some of the students who actively participated and answered the questions were given prizes also. The information and practical insight in her deliberation will be useful for the students throughout their career. On this occasion, Chairman- SEG, Shri Manoj Kumar Gupta ji motivated the faculty members to conduct this type of workshop from time to time to improve the technical skills of students and conveyed good wishes to all buddy pharmacists for their bright future.
